My husband and I were moving to the northwest suburbs from out of state. Nicole was a referral from a coworker. She was so responsive right off the bat and very personable. She knew how to write an offer that would beat out a multiple offer situation and was able to get us into a beautifully remodeled home to start our next chapter in.
